Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Ayantra mobile application ("App") or any related services ("Services") operated by Ayantra ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Ayantra is a mobile application that provides AI-powered astrology and horoscope predictions as well as personalized health and wellness guidance. The App uses user-provided information such as name, date of birth, time of birth, gender, and location to generate personalized insights. A key differentiator of Ayantra is its persistent AI memory feature, which allows the AI to remember past interactions and build progressively more personalized guidance over time, with your explicit consent.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use Ayantra.
• By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• If you are using the App on behalf of another person, you confirm you have their consent to do so and that they are also 18 years or older.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe the user is under 18.

• Credits are Ayantra's in-platform currency used to access features and services within the App.
• Credits are purchased in fixed bundles on a Pay As You Go basis. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
• Credits have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
• Unused Credits do not expire.
• Credit purchases and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Payments are processed via Razorpay, PayU, and Apple In-App Purchase (iOS only).
• By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of the respective payment processor.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Ayantra does not store your payment card details. Payment information is handled securely by our payment processors.

Important Disclaimer

The astrology predictions, horoscope readings, and health/wellness guidance provided by Ayantra are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment and general informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

• Ayantra's AI-generated content is not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical professional, therapist, astrologer, or any other licensed expert.
• You should not make significant life decisions including health, financial, or relationship decisions solely based on content generated by the App.
• Results may vary between users and are based on the information you provide. Accuracy is not guaranteed.
• Ayantra expressly disclaims all liability for any decisions you make based on the App's output.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable Indian or international laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its underlying systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Use the App to transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its services.
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the AI memory feature to generate harmful, misleading, or biased outputs.

• All content within the App including text, graphics, logos, AI models, algorithms, and software is the exclusive property of Ayantra or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written consent.
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide to us may be used by Ayantra without obligation or compensation to you.

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy includes specific provisions on how AI memory data is collected, stored, and protected. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users, third parties, or Ayantra.
• You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from within the App.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately and all AI memory data will be deleted. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Ayantra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to Ayantra in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• Ayantra does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ayantra, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through written notice to help@ayantra.ai.
• If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
