Account Deletion

Account deletion is managed entirely within the Ayantra mobile application. Once you create an account in the app, you can request deletion at any time from your account settings. This page explains what happens when you delete your account and how the process differs between primary and co-chart accounts.

To delete your Ayantra account, open the Ayantra app on your mobile device and follow these steps:

• Sign in to your Ayantra account.
• Go to your profile or account settings.
• Select the option to delete your account.
• Confirm your request when prompted.

Account deletion cannot be initiated from this website. You must use the Ayantra mobile application to submit a deletion request.

To delete a co-chart (a birth chart you added for a family member, friend, or other person), open the Ayantra app, go to your profile or account settings, select the co-chart you want to remove, and confirm the deletion request. The co-chart and its associated data are removed immediately after you confirm.

To delete your primary Ayantra account, open the Ayantra app, go to your profile or account settings, select the option to delete your account, and confirm your request. Deletion does not happen right away. Instead, your account enters a 15-day waiting period before it is permanently deleted.

• During the 15-day waiting period, your account remains scheduled for deletion.
• If you sign in to the Ayantra app at any point during those 15 days, your deletion request is automatically canceled and your account stays active.
• If you do not sign in during the 15-day period, your account and associated data are permanently deleted at the end of that period.

When your account is permanently deleted, your profile information, birth chart data, conversation history, and other personal data associated with that account are removed from our systems, subject to any data we are required to retain by law.
